About Cottage Grove Bakery
Nicola (Nikki) Maglodi is a British pastry chef and graduate of the San Francisco Baking Institute. With more than 20 years of baking experience, she specializes in handcrafted breakfast pastries and baked goods delivered fresh to businesses, events, and communities throughout the Lake Norman area.
We specialize in items baked fresh the morning of delivery, made from scratch and without preservatives. From our signature Cinnamon Rolls and Seasonal Sweet Rolls to Savory Cheese Rolls, Coffee Cake Muffins, Orange Scones, Cookies, Dessert Bars, and Artisan Tarts, we deliver quality to your door.
